George McIvor, Director
George has over 35 years experience in the Food & Hospitality Business. After serving his apprenticeship in the hotel trade, George went onto run his own brigade of chefs in a luxury 5 star Perthshire Hotel. Latterly he was Executive Chef for Baxters Food Group, one of the UK’s premium food manufacturers.
In 2005 George won the CIS Development Chef of the year in recognition of his creativity, innovation and contribution to the foodservice and hospitality industry.
George possesses boundless enthusiasm and a passion for food excellence which he imparts in all that he does in his role as Director of the full range.
Barry Knight, Director
Barry has over 10 years experience in sales & purchasing within the retail and foodservice industries.
Barry worked initially within the trading team for Fyffes, the Worlds largest Fresh Produce Company where his customers included Safeway (Morrisons), Tesco, Sainsbury and The Co-op. Barry then moved to Pauleys, part of the Brake Group who are the largest supplier to the UK foodservice Industry where he managed a number of National and Regional accounts.
Barry’s commercial skills and experience are a great asset in his role as Director of the full range.
Nicky Prentice, Director

Nicky has over 15 years experience in the foodservice industry, working in sales & marketing for a diverse range of companies including United Biscuits, Reed Exhibitions and Baxters Foodservice.
Latterly she spent 6 years in Purchasing & Supply Chain at Compass Group where she was focused on achieving greater alignment between purchasing and operations. She worked closely with Business Directors, front line operators and suppliers to ensure that the operational requirements for quality and service delivery were met.
Nicky has extensive knowledge of the supply base in the foodservice industry which is of great value in her role as Director of the full range.
