A personal and tailored approach
We recognise that the needs of every client are different and we tailor our approach accordingly. Initial meetings will help us to get to know and understand your operation and enable us to identify the areas of opportunity. Our service is free of charge, the personal aspect is what’s important to us at this stage – getting to know you, your team and your business.

Supplier Agreements – National and Regional
The full range works very closely with its chosen suppliers and believes in true partnerships which are both mutually beneficial and sustainable. We have agreements in place with national suppliers offering a comprehensive range of food and non food products at very competitive prices.

Our national agreements are supplemented by a comprehensive list of regional suppliers who are well placed to service the needs of the local market. We recognise the growing interest in sustainability and food provenance and are able to respond to these requirements.

Technical competence and due diligence is vitally important to the full range. All our suppliers are fully audited prior to nomination and must conform to relevant Industry standards.

Quality & Service at the forefront
The full range was established by a chef who is passionate about quality and service. Any solutions we may propose to increase your profitability will never be at the expense of the product quality or service. We aim always to try and increase the quality & service from suppliers, not to compromise it.

Ongoing price benchmarking
The full range offers an ongoing benchmarking service to ensure best pricing is maintained. We compare prices on a monthly basis from over 25 suppliers, which means we are able to track market movements on all product groups.

Regular price benchmarking is particularly important in today’s environment of rising food costs and increasing inflation. The full range gives you the peace of mind that you are buying competitively and that your prices are being professionally managed.
